What Can I Talk To A Chaplain About?

Whatever is on your mind! Some people want to talk about work-related concerns like stress, conflict with colleagues or maybe even ethical dilemmas. Others want to talk about personal challenges, such as, relationship difficulties, grief, or questions about meaning and purpose.

Here are a few examples of things you might want to discuss:

Feeling overwhelmed, or burnt out.

01

Facing a tricky ethical decision at work.

02

Coping with grief or loss.

03

Navigating a difficult relationship with a colleague.

04

Exploring your values, and what matters most to you.

05

Want to Talk?

Our chaplains are here to offer a safe, non-judgemental space for anyone needing support, guidance, or simply someone to talk to…

Everything you discuss with a chaplain is kept in strict confidence.

We would only break confidentiality if there is an immediate danger or serious risk to you or another person, or if there is a safeguarding concern. In this circumstance, we would always discuss breaking confidentiality with you, and encourage you to seek help and support.

It is important to note that we’re not counsellors, therapists, or a crisis service. We are not a prescribing or diagnosing service.
